This is an at home pedicure pakage. It includes everything from foot scrub to nail files.

I wanted to do something fun and also support local businesses during all this COVID-19 stuff. I saw a post from Lux Nail Bar in Tulsa about these pedicure kits, and I thought what a great idea.  Especially for only $12.00.

We filled some buckets with water, and all four of us sat outside and gave ourselves pedicures. We also warmed water and put it in a pitcher to rinse our feet when we were done and that came in pretty handy. It’s a memory I won’t forget. My husband, myself, and both kids all finding a way to have fun and enjoy the moment while blocking out anything that had to do with coronavirus. I kid you not the laughter and smiles in moments like these are memories I think I’ll always cherish. And just so you know, my feet felt great by the time we finished going through all the steps. Thank goodness for the instructions on the packets.

My ‘Lovely Lavender’ kit included four steps. It starts with a Pedi Bomb, then a Scrub-A-Dub, followed by Mask-Querade and, of course, Lotion Potion. Lux Nail Bar also included another little bag that had a file, toe separators, a cuticle remover stick, a nail file, and more.  Most stores had sold out of pedicure supplies for a while, so all this stuff came in handy on other days too.

I will prob do this again, especially for those relatives that can’t get out of the house because they are high risk for COVID-19. Maybe it will bring them as much laughter and joy as it did or little foursome. Plus I will admit I think it helped relax all of us and make our feet look a bit better 😉 Now just a heads up, yes you can find the Kiara Sky Pedipack Collection online for a less, but you won’t get the little extras that Lux Nail Bar included that made it a lot easier to do and that had some things you might be able to use again. Plus, for me, it was important during this time to support a local business trying to follow the guidelines and trying to find a way to keep revenue coming in while they had to shut down because of COVID-19.
