Met with the trainer today and went over my fitness program. He knows i’m wanting to keep moving forward. Last year we got back from vacation and I lost my motivation somehow. This year I’m on track and want to stay that way. So the new program will last four weeks and I’ll be focused on eating healthier and and getting all my workouts in even with my work schedule. I know, just like everyone else I fight making time to workout and making sure I’m getting all my work done, being a good wife, friend, Bonus mom, daughter yadda yadda. I think I’ve just finally decided it’s okay to take care of me. So Monday we start the new workouts.. Wish me luck… They are pretty tough. But that’s what I asked for
