Today is my last post for Month of Love 2019. I told myself I’d post something every day about the struggles of life and getting to the gym. It’s been a good experience for me trying to focus on what I need for my health and actually writing it down. I won’t journal every day now, but I will continue it on a more random schedule. I’ll keep sharing some workouts and nutrition stuff too. For anyone else out there working toward a goal, don’ t give up, don’t beat yourself up over bad days, do be kind to yourself and know you are not alone and you can do it!
