I got up early today and got my workout in to kick the day off right. It felt good, and I wasn’t as dizzy today which I’m sure has something to do with the medicine I got this week. It was a busy day with a lunch with a friend/meeting to start thinking about some fall projects then I headed to the office. I am posting the workout on the right. I think I’m going to have to shorten my rest time so I can keep my heart rate in the right zone for a bit longer.

On another note, my food wasn’t as healthy today. It really hasn’t been all week. Our fridge is on the fritz. Luckily we have an old one the garage, but for some reason, I now can’t seem to find much of what I had measured and frozen to eat this week. I know, I know — time to suck it up. We should have the one in the kitchen repaired. I hope early next week. It’s funny what you sometimes take for granted.

Hey on a lighter note the weather tonight was interesting. It took me a while to get home from work because some of the Turnpike seemed like a sheet of black ice. The reward came just before I reached the house when I watched the deer gracefully jump across the road and into a nearby field. Sweet dreams friends. See ya tomorrow.
