Hello Sunday! Chuch, errands, food prep, workout. Yep, that was the day. I love getting a Sunday afternoon workout in because it’s almost like I’m a little bit ahead going into the workweek, or at least that’s what I tell myself. Today was another cardio day for me. I downloaded some new music from the movie ‘Deadpool2,’ and I was good to go. I’m still not drinking caffeine, but I seem to be doing okay without it and as a bonus my teeth seem whiter. I know, that’s a whole other story.
