Today was a cardio day. I’ve learned I need to get about an hour a day 5-6 days a week of cardio to maintain my goals. In January I started having an injury issue so I’m just now back up to four days a week in the gym as of this week. It felt good to get up today and hit it hard. I’ve learned to switch my cardio up to help me get my heart rate up a bit. So today I did my best to have successful intervals combining kettlebell work and machines. I also go back and forth between the stair climber, treadmill and Jacob’s Lader.

    • 10 minutes stair climber warmup
    • Stretch
    • 10 minutes treadmill warmup
    • Do 5 reps of:
    • 1-minute stairclimber
    • 1-minute sprint on the treadmill

    • 1-minute Jacob’s Ladder
    • 40 Feet Kettlebell drag
    • 40 Feet Bear Crawl
    • 40 Feet Crawls
    • 30 second Plank
    • Rest until heart rate comes down
