Today is Valentine’s Day. I woke up when my husband’s alarm went off at about 6:30 am. I quickly rolled back over as he headed to the gym.  Later, I headed out the door about 8:30 am. Got my cardio done then the work out listed below.  I’m still sore from Tuesday, so It was tough for me today. Plus I stayed up late making all the treats you see.

I wanted to make deliveries to some folks before work for Valentine’s Day, take some to the office and have surprises for the kids when they came home from school. Somehow It all worked out!

Salads, grilled chicken and protein shake

It was such a great day. I loved taking treats to my folks and leaving it on the kitchen counter for them to find when they got home. It’s the little things, right?

Then I made my dinner and protein shake along with grilled chicken and left a dinner treat for hubby in the fridge and something for the kiddos to eat too(for him to make LOL).
