I took a DNA test recently to learn more about what I need to do for my body in workouts nutrition. I decided to focus on the positives and It’s really made a difference. I’ve always known I have to do a lot of cardio but this really put it into perspective. Anyway, As I up my workouts I’ve learned I also need to Up the love I show my body. A friend has been helping me with stretches and exercises. I used today for a rest day and did those exercises before work. Should be good to go tomorrow.
