    • 7 Overhead Tricep Extension
    • 7 Hammer Curl
    • 7 Split Squats each side
  • Cardio

Ummm So I call this workout our trainer wants to kill us. This was awesome! It is a lot harder than it looks and a lot of fun. My heart rate was right where I needed it to be for my MEPs.

The best part of this day for me was looking across the gym doing my cardio and seeing my husband getting his own workout done for the day.  I do think it’s so much more fun to work out with him or near him.  I’ll say it he makes me smile even when I’m out of breath from a bunch of kettlebell swings. I forgot to even take a picture of something so this is a naked post I guess. Anyway, see ya tomorrow.
