Eleven days into February… That went by so fast. Tonight I’m actually going over some testing I did recently, it helps me see what exactly my body is more likely to respond to in the gym. Tomorrow will be another early start at least for a girl who works nights. LOL. Food prep was my focus this morning and I’ll try and finish it up tonight when I get home from work. Grilled chicken. This is an easy recipe. I soak boneless skinless chicken in Italian dressing overnight.
Then grill it the next day and bag 3-4oz into ziplock bags. It’s great because I can freeze the bags pull them out and put them in my lunchbox with salad and or some broccoli rice.
