First, let’s start with the Secret Gardens Candle Company.

The candles are made in Tulsa, Oklahoma and they are all hand-poured. The owners take great pride in making their scented sensations. I’m not a fan of buying a great smelling candle only to have it burn so quickly that I almost feel like I didn’t get to enjoy the fragrance. I love the ‘Signature’  pictured above, but right now ‘Oklahoma Sky’ is my favorite. My husband loves it too. They have awesome holiday candles as well, so check them out for yourself.

I have had so much fun stopping by asking about different scents and smelling just about everything on the showroom floor. Both the owners and the manager are great at helping me find what I’m looking for on any given day. I also like seeing their dogs as they nap behind the counter. My 13-year-old daughter loves going with me to see what we might discover together next. Now, they also have something called the Lux Experience which you could give a gift card to do with a friend, family member or even on a date night. read more abouty it by clicking here.

Second, Check Out These Oklahoma Made Scrunchies.

A friend messaged me on Instagram about these sweet hair pieces. She even sent some to me to try.  Micale Lynn is based in Gore, Oklahoma but you can find them in several other spots too. The designer seems to have nailed these cuties. My daughter loves them and so do I. Hey, I figure that’s at least two generations that are fans. LOL. What we’ve been wearing are so thick and strong yet still comfortable and pretty.   I’m sure I’ll be ordering more and sharing them with friends and family

Third & Fourth, NWA Chocolate with a Tulsa Twist.

This chocolate bar, for me, counts as both three and four and so much more on my list of favorites. I love that it’s got Northwest Arkansas and Tulsa ties.

Let me back up a second…I was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. Then, in about the third grade, my family moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma. I grew up in T-Town. Eventually, I  moved to NWA where I lived for 17 years and then moved back to Tulsa. Both states and areas for me will always be home.  They are both beautiful. Each one has a giving and kind community.  Plus, they each have their best-kept secrets and hidden historical gems.  Kyya, a Northwest Arkansas based company, and  Topéca, a Tulsa based company, seem to have great people and products combined with a history of giving back. They, of course, have products in numerous places including The Natural State and The Sooner State.

Now, they’ve come together to create what I find to be a chocolate masterpiece. I mean, I’m no expert but OH MY GOSH. The rich flavors are intriguing without being overwhelming.  I find this little nugget to be a sweet piece of awesomeness. The only problem? You may not want to share lol. I picked mine up at Secret Gardens Candle Company, but I’ve also seen them at The Gathering Place and you can also order them online through Topéca.
