2024 threw me a curveball with my knee, and there have been days I’ve felt completely worn out—especially with the setback discovered late in the year. It feels like starting over, BUT I’m choosing to see that setback as a discovery—a reminder that healing is possible.
Some days, you rest. Some days, you focus on your mental game. And some days, you push. But every day, you try.
Being committed doesn’t mean being perfect; it means showing up when things get tough and knowing that hard isn’t impossible—it’s just hard.
Progress isn’t linear, and adapting is NOT quitting. Every small step forward counts.
